How long does it take to activate WiFi?

I have app**** for WiFi to be installed at my moms house on the 26th of January and still have not gotten any joy to date. I log calls for support on their communication platforms, and these get automatically closed every 24hrs while no assistance have been received. I’m at a loss as the company doesn’t answer calls.
