Hosting Support: ***********, slow to response, new agents all the time creates broken telephone effect. generic replies and not actually listening to clients issues.

The only reason I am giving Axxess a 3* rating is due to the good service I received for my LTE and ADSL in the past.

However at the moment I am struggling to get access to my own website. I keep getting pushed around in circles by help desk. It feels as if they really don't want me as a client. Its like they mocking me.

It has been 10 days and we have not gotten to a solution yet.

If I do not get a response or a solution soon I will unfortunately take my hosting to another company as I cant afford to have issues like this. I am also going to start creating more websites so I need hosting that is reliable and does not make me wait 10+ days to fix my issues.
