Horrific service

Horrific service. Woke up Saturday morning to no internet. Phoned call centre, took forever to get through and then after 40mins on the lone with the consultant whonwanted me to change configs on my router the issue was still not resolved. Promised to get a call back which never happened. Still without internet. Axxess are a bunch of ****s. Most likely app**** a policy overnight without notifying their customers and now everything is broken!
