Horrific Customer Care

I’m not going to put the long story on here just the end. So due to unhappy service I wanted to cancel my account. They told me ok, but due to this already being the 4th of the month ( this all happened yesterday)I will still need to pay at end of June for July ( I pay ahead) so I sent an email specifying that my last payment will be end of June and my service will be terminated end July. At 8 pm tonight they terminated my service. No notice, not even confirming they received my mail. I phoned technical support to find out what’s going on and that’s how I found out.
