HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a fibre line installed on 22 June 2023. To date 04 July 2023 there is still no internet connection. The support from Axxess is absolutely unacceptable. They have no business ethics and their staff are clearly badly managed as they do not know how to deal with clients. There is no effort to resolve the issue but they have no problem debiting my bank account for a service they are not providing.
