HORRIBLE SUPPORT SERVICE HERE!!

I've been Trying to speak to the technical team for THREE days now. All I need is a SIM replacement and that seems too difficult???!

I Emailed them. No response. I logged a ticket on my Axxess App . No response. when I call and get through the receptionist (APPARENTLY THE ONLY ONE THAT ANSWERS CALLS) - She tries to help but any other extension you just on hold forever. Think maybe its time to go to MWEB or Afrihost. ... Highly disappointing service!!
