Horrible support

Axxess Port Elizabeth has the worst technical support ever! We logged a ticket at 8 am this morning and we are still without internet!! No one is able to help us properly. I would like to speak to the CEO to tell him his staff are *********** and needs beter training in their product. A few weeks vack they did not even know that Frogfoot was down this just tells me they live in a box and do not know what goes on around them. I am very very dissapointed and i am sure if i make a post on facebooki will find tons of other customers with the same problems we do. Maybe we should go to the newspapers about this type of service providers that take our money but provide no service......
