HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM AXXCESS

I would give this company a 0 Star on there service! I recently app**** for 1 of there plans and at first the online was great but then when it came to enquiring about payments they end chats and transfer you to someone new. What a horrble service! and when I asked them to cancel everything, They did so without even finding out how to resolve the issue at hand, They clearly do not care about their clients!
