Horrible service

Axxess has promised in their adverts that they can provide speeds of at least a 10 meg line. I have been with them from december 2019. When i need the speeds the most to stream live sports i am having a problem. on running a speed test today the 16/02/2020 i am getting a down speed of 0.5 megs per sec. i have sent them pics of the speed tests in the past but i still have the problem from time to time. I send them emails and get an instant automated response however the actual consultants take days to get back to me.
