Horrible service delivery from Axxess and Metrofibre

Horrible service delivery from Axxess and Metrofibre. Ordered for my fibre line to be activated, which took them over a week to arrange, only for them to go to the wrong address when I clearly stated in writing the correct address. Now it’s gonna take more time for them to arrange for activation to the correct address. Pick a better Internet provider and don’t make the same mistake as me
