Horrible service & ****************

I app**** for wifi & I received it, it has then been giving me problems ever since. I’ve asked them to fix but they never intended to. Now that I want to cancel the wifi, I called to enquire I was then told I can only cancel via control panel , on the control panel it says I have to pay R500 for cancellation, what in the world is this nonsense? Firstly they were deducting my money where else the wifi was giving me problems. Now I have to pay to cancel? I’ve read the policies & procedures but still nothing goes with that. Never seen such a **************** from a company. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
