Horrible service by AXXESS

I have been given the most horrible service by support agents, they dont even read or check the attachment send to them when one has connection issue , theirs is to keep asking for what you have submitted already.

i regret using them as service provider they are really horrible together with Telkom . their agents are like robot they tell you one thing the whole time you the chat without solution....i wont recommend this to anyone......
