Horrible service

Used to be great now trash. Call are horrid and can never get through. Unstable and unreliable internet speeds. Useless support. I am extremely frustrated that I gave up looking for assistance with ADSL finally moving to fibre and takes more than a month to get through to them for info and details and they got nothing. on hold for over 35 mins. Phone frogfoot directly and get more information and service than axxess
