Horrible Service

Already in the process of moving providers, but adding this review so that others don't sign-up for their ******* service.

You will not get a reply for technical queries in less than 3 day - regardless of how urgent. Their support are beyond *********** - seriously! If you have more than one question or request in a support ticket, only one will be dealt with. And when you get so fed up of waiting for issues to be resolved that you decide to phone them, be prepared to wait longer than in Telkom's support queue.
