Horrible Service

<p>2 Days ago I receievd a message from Axxess saying that there has been a virus attack on my website, and if I do not fix it and change my passwords, my website will be suspended. I tried to login and do so, only to find out that they have already blocked me from using my cPanel etc. I logged a call 2 days ago to ask what is going on, seeing that I only have a limited time to fix the problem. I still have not received any feedback from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>They just simply do not care about their clients. As long as they can make money out of you, they are happy.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is alsways a problem. I wait 3 days to a week to get a response from them.</p> <p> </p>
