Horrible service

I have been trying to get Axxess to sort out my internet for a week now without any luck. They have also deducted an amount from my account even though my internet is not up and running. Their site clearly states that they won't bill you until everything is set up. i am extremely frustrated and feel like just cancelling the whole thing.
