Horrible LTE-A service & false advertising

The LTE-A product from Axxess is pathetic, my speed is less than 10 kb/s. GPRS is faster than the LTE-A speeds. I have contacted the call centre who asked me to fill forms and said they will raise the issue with another ISP but I have not heard anything back. The only time it is fast is 2:00 in the morning when no one is awake. I have cancelled my services with this ISP, however this review is a warning to those who are considering it, dont waste your time & money on these ****bags. Their website makes outstanding remarks on their LTE product but you dont even get 1% of it.
