****, horrible customer service, unprofessional and unreliable!

I have had the worst experience with Axxess. I have paid twice in 2 days but I still don't have any internet connection since Wednesday. That's just one of many horrible experiences I've faced with Axxess. Yesterday one of Axxess whatsapp consultants made me pay R460 instead of R360 via their Absa account and there after told me to request a refund and rather pay via easy pay. How unprofessional!! I paid via easy pay today while I wait for my refund but I still don't have internet connection. Webafrica is the best internet service provider, Axxess is the worst,!
