Horrible customer service

I have never in my entire life seen such a horrible service, it been a week without connection, I have made a payment on the link that I was sent by one of the consultant, only to find out they sent me an incorrect link which means I have paid for someone else line. No one in that company wanted to take a blame or to rectify the mistake, even today I don't have connection and I am still waiting for my refund which I don't think I will ever get from this *******.
