Horrible Customer Service

Horrible customer service. "Well, it is not my problem" is not a way to resolve customer queries. This is not the first time this has happened. Whenever I have an issue and the person on the other side does not know how to resolve it, they pass the buck and blame others. I need assistance with my mail syncing to my pc and phone and the person on the other side says I "need to sort it out with my IT or admin person" and then later says it's not their problem. I will be closing this account. Your staff need better training. If they've even had training. Needless to say, my mails are still not syncing as it should.
