Horrible Customer Service

Where do I start. I have been with them for years until recently we could not get emails for weeks, and our website was down. Submitted ticket after ticket and nothing was done. Their phone lines never get answered and support is non-existent. Seem like that company is going down and no one can help. Luckily we were able to get our stuff transferred away from them. No one can run a business with no emails and a website. They have cost us so much revenue. I would not recommend them after this horrible experience.
