Horrible AXXESS and their service

Pathetic service I am getting from Axxess with their useless agents giving me useless feedback and empty promises.

I have been been escalating for past 2 weeks with no joy at all . M struggling with connection they are blaming Telkom and I cannot speak to telkom myself this is just a messy go round.

I am extremely unhappy with their service even their so called supervisors cannot even call you back to try to understand the issue or resolve it
