Horrible admin at Axxess

I have been with Axxess for over a year now and received good service regarding internet speeds and stability. However, I have since moved house and requested for my line to be transferred, my line was transferred and installed at my new residence but due to horrible admin on the Axxess side my line at the previous residence has never been cancelled. I have been paying for an additional line for 2 months now. Upon querying this with Axxess I was told that a cancelation for the line was never requested (Even though this is a field that you have to populate when requesting to move house so its an absolute ridiculous claim). I have since been ****** of an additional R1000 since I am paying for a service that I am not using. Axxess refuses to take the blame for what was obviously an admin error on their side and the customers are forced to bear the consequences. I will be moving to a new ISP that actually puts their customers first once this is sorted.
