HOPELESS....

They "host" quite a few of our domains and we had a problem

After literally HOURS on the phone to "tech" support and after moving our server away we found the problem.

We then tried to call in to let them know for future what the problem and the solution we found was but that proved to be every bit as difficult and as HOPELESS as trying to resolve the issue itself.

They say a fish rots from the head. Well in this case the WHOLE BODY IS ROTTEN!
