HOLDING MY DOMAIN HOSTAGE !!! Be warned dealing with this company !

Hi

I have requested Axxess to transfer my Domain DNS (www.medihemp.co.za) to another Host and they are not doing what I requested.

I have received multiple emails, which are from what I gather an attempt to keep me going in circles.

I am worried that I loose my domain as they have given me a timeframe in which I had to cancel it with them but they are not letting it go through on their side, they are also lying to me and saying it has gone through when we can see it hasn`t.

Please advise, I am not the only one who they have done this to, someone I know lost their Domain becasue of this and is taking legal action against them now, its as if they are keeping my DNS hostage in an attempt to not let me go as a client.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated on this matter.
