Hidden Costs - Dont Recommend

First i had to pay for 2 lines for a month when i moved house. None of this was mentioned upfront when i clicked on move house. Then when i tried to cancel (1 month notice.), I'm told im on a 6 month contract and i need to pay an early termination fee. I'm not sure when i signed up for a 6 month contract if it wasnt mentioned right upfront.

I've had atleast 4 internet service providers in the past 10 years, and this is the first time that I am being hit with surprize hidden costs. I cannot recommend them.
