HERO to -ZERO

So sad to say but axxess has gone the way of Nokia, they where the BEST once, now they not even bad....exceptionally bad. Their service has completely disappeared and their call agents are exceptionally rude. I moved house and in process upgraded to 250MB fiber line. Well I have the line and am connected...after a battle. However I have a exceptionally fast speed of 5MB. The dinosaurs where faster than that. I have been back and forth with them and it always seem to be the user that's at fault, yet its the same router and equipment used on their previous 100MB line that worked. I suggest rather to look at another provider like so many have said here as axxess has lost the plot completely. Save yourself the frustration. I am looking elsewhere and will can them ASAP. I have been with them many years however this relationship has ended in a divorce as they are not listening to so many of their clients that have made comments.
