Here we are again axxess

So since I last posted on (15/02/16 - Truly Horrific Experience) nothing, nobody, no one, no man, no woman, no team leader, no support person, nada, ****** all, zero, zip has contacted me. They even rep**** on my last complaint saying someone was going to contact me. Is this a joke to you? Is me paying for a service and not receiving it a joke to you? Ticket was created on the 15/02/16 so it has now been 18 days with no answer. I will keep complaining here every 5days until something happens. Ticket : jf9ea5km73
