Help me please

Where do I start. They dont keep to their word they keep on changing agreements that is in place with you as a Customer and then they just ignore you and disconnect your service. And other than that Octotel seems to support them in their ways and dealings because now all of sudden no one can help with anything. Frustrated because i have all of this in emails and tickets logged with them and still they do their own thing.
