Help bad service with Axxess no service since 25 Oct
I'm battle with my cable since 25 Oct no feed back nothing i pay for a full service but cant use it because cable problem help me please this is a second time

05 Nov 2021, 09:11I'm still waiting for the cable to be fixed. Not sure why this is taking so long. They told me i need to pay and i said NO i first need them to fix the cable give me credit then i will pay the account. Previously i paid and still waiting for credit on my account. So i need to pay for a service and its not working? This is not right. Please help me i need this to be sorted.
