Held Hostage by AxxessDSL (AKA internet.co.za)

7 Days of dial-up speed what is suppose to be 10/10Mbps UNCAPPED fibre. I can not even send a 17kb email. I can not cancel my service until end January 2020 to go to another provider, but they keep billing me. Isn't this the very definition of being held hostage? ICASA does nothing....ISPA does nothing. I have spent R1000's on airtime and data just to try and keep my business running. Who knows how many potential clients I have lost because of their incompetence, nevermind the loss of income due to the ad placements & marketing.
