Happy with Axxess! Fast internet, good customer service - very happy with my choice.

Metrofibre line with Axxess ISP: Ordered my router last Friday (21 May) and got a call 2 hours later from Axxess trying to set up the installation for that very day. They were the only company who got back to me - feel too bad to mention the others but they are now absolutely pathetic in my mind. I had meetings all day so postponed until the Monday. Metrofibre guys arrived on Monday and there were a few technical issues on the Monday but had a full installation completed by Tuesday 10h00. I spoke to 3 or 4 people at their Call Centre and in the Lines department and I was up and running that very day. I paid my pro-rata premium and within minutes I had service, Very quick internet thus far and it's important to give credit where it's due. Thanks so much!
