Internet goes out every other day, always blames Telkom for their issues and if your internet doesn't work on a Friday afternoon it's always conveniently after 17:00 when they their tech support goes home. Honestly don't waste your time. If they are going to blame Telkom for all their problems may as well go with Telkom so you can complain at the source if it's actually their fault.
