Greedy people

Account Number 168666 I am a SASSA client and government shifted our pension grant dates to the third of each month. Axxess wants their money on the 01st of each month as they are too damn greedy to allow a grace period for payments until the third of each month as to accommodate SASSA clients like myself. I had been trying to reach Axxess management regarding this issue, but failed many times before. I have no other alternative but to migrate to another service provider who would allow me to pay on the 03rd of each month. I want my services to be cancelled at the end of Februarie 2021 please as I will be using another service provider then. Kind regards.
