Great service!

On 28/01/2015 at about 9 PM I called in to Axxess's call center because I had a problem with my line (I suspected that it was packet loss) I got through to a consultant named Niel (sorry if that is not how you spell your name buddy!). <br> <br> Anyway, I was on the phone with him for about 30 minutes, where he assisted me efficiently, and he narrowed it down to a few possibilities. He suggested to me what I should do, and then to call back again tomorrow. <br> <br> I have never had any problems with Axxess, and will most definitely recommend it to all of my friends and family.<br> <br> Thank you for the good work, Niel.
