Good Customer Service

By far the best customer service and support. Zukisa N, made a mistake and forgot to send a mail when updating a ticket but the rest of the team that I have interacted with made up for it. Cant blame the team for 1 person making what I hope was 1 mistake. I'm having delay getting my fibre reconnected after moving back to axxess from Webafrica but that a review in the making for frogfoot.
