Getting billed for services not used !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So in January my wifi was disconnected on the 2nd of January and i did not have money to pay i paid on my pay date R563 and today 3 February my wifi is disconnected and i must pay R769. i was told that i pay even if i dont use service as MTN still bills them!!!! Thats absolutely untrue as wifi cannot be billed for something you do not use!!!!! Worst provider ever !!!!
