Generic answers to everything

Generic answers to any question really pees me off. your consultants just answer and never check what is going on in the clients accounts. I have received my sim etc and get this responce when i ask regarding the data offer **^& Pathetic "Please be advised that it takes 1 - 10 working days for a simcard to be delivered and you will receive the data prorata. We apologize for the inconvenience.
