Gaming Ping HIGH

<p>This is the 2de time i am going to hello peter , axxess fixed the issue the 1st time but it looks like axxess do not reallyt care for gamers , i have logged a call to their support and they always want more information but how cani give the information if i do not know what the servers ip's are for each game i play this is not good they sais axxess is isp for the year but how can they be isp for the year for the latnecy in game is bad and they do not fixed it they say if your ping is 40 - 50 on a 8mb premium account it is normal i mean my 4mb line mweb account was better than this. i hope that everyone will see this articel so you know that axxess dont really care about you they only want ratings to get a reward the end of the year because if axxess was isp of they year they would fix the latency for gamings .</p> <p>All i want to my in game lantecy to be what must be i mean my ping jumps high in games but when u do normal test my line is fine so axxess is not doing their part of making it better </p>
