From hero to ZERO. This is what happens when a small company gets too big and looses focus.

What a disappointment! Following several years of excellent speedy service, especially on the technical front, this ISP has gone from Hero to ZERO. It seems that a new system has been introduced to manage the way clients contact them. This has resulted in very long delays to get through to a real person (> 15 mins). Once through, I and my own tech support man came to the conclusion that those we talked to had limited knowledge and were unable to solve any problem beyond basics. After attempts over three days (and running out of cell phone funds), I have decided to move my business elsewhere.
