From good, to okay, to downright unacceptable.

Axxess clearly has no issue giving you degradation in quality the longer you are with them. I have been so patient the last 4 to 5 days with the company, being as polite as possible. My dad's internet line has never been the speed it should have been. The struggle to get your line working takes at least 4 days and goes back to being broken in 1 day. The past few days it takes 25 min to watch a 4 min video on YouTube. I have worked for an internet company and just can not understand how it takes 5 days to fix a problem. The best part is the more they fix it the worse it gets. From and 8Mb to a 4Mb then a 2 Mb to a the internet is on when we feel like it. I would never in my life try and advertise for this company.
