Frogfoot vs Axxess Service level issues

I am a reseller with Axxess, but the level of service I am getting from this company is horrific. I ordered new Frogfoot lines for some clients in White River, Mpumalanga early in November as soon as Frogfoot went online in this town, but so far Axxess has aparently been struggling to place these orders. Firstly they orders were placed incorrectly in another town with the same addresses, then all of a sudden they couldnt get the orders placed at all with the excuse that the problem lies on Frogfoot's side. And aparently I am not able to call Frogfoot myself to get answers, yet Axxess is not doing what they need to, to get answers from Frogfoot and get the services going which were already paid for!
