Frogfoot Fibre dissapointment

Frogfoot has been off since Friday night. Friday night they told me it should be up and running in the morning. Saturday afternoon I phoned they told me within the hour. Sunday I phoned and no one can give me a answer. We are working from home and rely on our internet. Very disappointed and need an answer today as to when connection will be restored.
