Free fibre installation is a lie
<p>I have never before app**** for free fibre installation, but they dont want you too either. It costs them cash, but it sells on their website.</p> <p> </p> <p>Id like to point out that I app**** about 2 weeks back, since then someone has not tried to email nor call me directly.</p> <p>Instead they send me a quiet message in their portal and closed the call 5 days later. Who honestly logs onto their portal more than once every few months? I do...and its only to see stats NOT COMMUNICATE AND CLOSE CALLS THAT ARE CRITICAL TO THE USERS REQUEST. I have a working cellphone and email, why were those options not used?</p> <p> </p> <p>Its so *****.</p> <p> </p> <p>Time to say goodbye, I would suggest another ISP to you other users.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
