I reported that an account was wrongfully using my ID number. I phoned, did chat, emailed accounts and basically all 3 mediums said there was nothing they could do. This is technically *****? How is it ok? I sent them proof that my ID number does not match the account owners name. And they still did nothing about it? This immediately tells me that axxess is a brand that endorses ********** information and does nothing about it. Shocking! Just remove my ID number from that account please. You'll see that the account owners name does not match the ID number.
