Axxess has allowed for someone to open an account with them **********ly - using my ID nr - but no other details corresponding to me... how do they check their clients? Calling in asking them to remove the bad debt against me - they cannot provide me with any proof of who opened the account, and I'm getting no assistance getting this removed from my ITC profile... Terrible!!
