I upgraded from a 20 to 50 Mbps on 01 Aug 20 and was charged the new rate. Axxess never logged this upgrade with Telkom so the line was never upgraded. I found it out by randomly doing a speedtest. This was only fixed on 29 Oct 20 but they refuse to provide a refund of the difference for the 3 months that I never received the upgraded line.
