Fine when it works, nightmare to get support

We been with Axxess a few years now. When it's working, it's fine. But if anything goes wrong it is a nightmare to get resolved. We've been without internet for two weeks now and despite several calls and emails the issue keeps getting 'escalated' without being resolved. I'm going to cancel it and move to someone else.
