Fibre with no service or connections.

Since I had fibre installed its problem after problem after problems... They get it fixed for one day then it collapses I have multiple reference numbers, and they still have the audasity to charge me for a service I do not have. Everything has become online during the pandemic I'm loosing clients I'm loosing business. The worst part is they send me a sms that the fibre is repaired when it has not been so back to square one again.
