Fibre not reliable enough to work from home without a backup solution

Another full day without fibre... Over the last month or two there were a couple of days without fibre... (and they dont refund you for these days without internet) The problem is when working from home- then you need a provider that you can bank on... and Axxess let me down quite a few times now.
